Ørestad eats together
On April 22, Nabo To Nabo, Kirken i Ørestad and Folkekirken For Internationals invite you to Kirken i Ørestad for a social dinner as part of Danmark spiser sammen. The evening brings locals and internationsals together over a buffet-style dinner prepared by the local café The Spot.
The event will be held in English and features our special guest speaker, Kay Xander Mellish, an American journalist and author who writes about Danish culture and society for an international audience. The evening will also include social activities designed to spark conversation and offer a great opportunity to meet new people in Copenhagen.
Seating is limited to 50 participants, so make sure to secure your spot early!
Program:
5.30pm - Welcome and arrival
Light snacks and informal mingling
6pm - Shared Dinner
A buffet-style dinner, with vegetarian options, prepared with love by The Spot.
7.30pm - Talk and discussion
A short talk by Kay Xander Mellish, followed by an open discussion, and a chance to share experiences across backgrounds.
8.30pm - Evening wrap-up
Closing the evening together with a "tak for mad og god aften".
